Delivery Information

• Our delivery charges clearly set out: Most of our products are standard 48-hour courier delivery following dispatch.
• FREE courier delivery when you spend €30 or more.
• For orders under €30 we charge a flat rate of just €5.50 for courier delivery to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) with 24-48 hour delivery following dispatch on all standard deliveries depending on your eircode. Once dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number to the email you entered on the order form. Please allow 14 working days for personalised items and non-standard deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please allow extra days for delivery during any sale, promotional or holidays periods.
• If your item is listed as ‘in stock online’ it is usually ready to ship straight away. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel or delay your order, even if you have received your confirmation email. We will refund any sums you may have paid for items which will not be provided.
• Delivery dates are estimated and we are unable to accept any liability for delays which may be outside our control.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Accepting Delivery

• We currently ship to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland except PO boxes.
• For standard deliveries, your order will be delivered by courier. You will receive an email with your tracking infomation when it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you are not available to take the delivery, you can choose to delay the delivery.
• For non standard deliveries, your order will be delivered by Breen's transport or one of their partners. For delivery updates on non standard deliveries, please contact us on 051 572160 or email hello@irishpetfooddirect.ie quoting your order reference number.
• Please check your delivery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 48 hours to tell us of any breakages or shortages.
• Risk and Title- The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payments of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
• Our couriers will deliver your order to the address provided at the time of order but for insurance reasons cannot bring your order into your property. We offer kerb side delivery ONLY for large/heavy items. Pallets are delivered via tail lift and pump truck and can only be delivered to flat, even surfaces. Please make sure you have help on hand if needed. 

Delivery Restrictions

• There are a small number of offshore locations where we may not be able to deliver to. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange a refund.

If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for redelivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we may end the contract with you. We will refund any money you have paid for the items we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract with us.
